Ders planı Anayasa Hukukunun iki temel konusunu barındırmaktadır; anayasa hukukunun genel teori ve prensipleri, Osmanlı – Türk Anayasal Gelişmeleri. İlk bölüm; anayasacılık, devlet kavramı ve biçimleri; erkler ayrılığı; siyasal rejimler; demokrasi teorisi; seçim sistemleri; siyasal partiler; temel hak ve özgürlükler; anayasa yargısı. Osmanlı – Türk Anayasal Gelişmelerinin incelendiği dersin ikinci bölümünde ise Osmanlı Anayasaları, dönemin anayasal metin ve gelişmeleri; Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Anayasaları (1921, 1924, 1961, 1982) ve karakteristik özellikleri; Cumhuriyetin yapısı; uygulanan siyasal rejimler; hak ve özgürlükler konusu ile devletin kurumları gibi konular ele alınacaktır.

(Constitutional Law)
Course plan is prepared to cover two major subjects of Constitutional Law; the general theory and principles of constitutional law and Otoman – Turkish Constitutional Developments. The first part explores, constitutionalism; theory, structure and typology of state; seperation of powers; governmental regimes; the theory of democracy; electoral systems; political parties; human rights and fundemental freedoms; theory of constitutional review. The second part covers the Otoman – Turkish Constitutional Developments. Otoman Constitutions; basic constitutional documents and developments of the Otoman era; Constitutions and characteristics of the Rebuplic of Turkey (1921, 1924, 1961, 1982). The structure; institutions; fundemental rights and freedoms; governmental regimes of the republic are held in this course.
